No Return, No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads and Compact Disc Purchases

Thank you for choosing Alistar Entertainment Group for your digital downloads and compact disc purchases. We appreciate your support. Please read the following No Return, No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Downloads:

All digital download sales are final. Once the digital content is purchased and the download process has commenced, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. Be sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Compact Disc Purchases:

a. Physical Products:
All sales of compact discs are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for physical products unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.

b. Digital Components:
Some compact disc purchases may include digital components such as bonus tracks or digital downloads. The policy for digital downloads associated with compact disc purchases aligns with the Digital Downloads section mentioned above.

3. Exceptions:
a. In the case of a damaged or defective physical product, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Proof of damage or defect may be required.

b. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of digital content purchased from Alistar Entertainment Group is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
